Rachael Cook
Rachael Lee Cook was born on October 4 in 1979. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker who was a stand-up comedian as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. She is part Italian. Cook has made her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children at the age of 10 and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
